Diana is a business consultant and graduate-level educator specializing in organizational leadership, operations management, strategic growth, and Total Quality Management. With more than 10 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors, she helps organizations improve operational performance, strengthen leadership development, and implement sustainable strategies that drive measurable results. Her expertise includes operations management, human resources, program development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and brand and marketing strategy. Diana brings extensive experience in operational coordination, executive support functions, meeting and event management, travel logistics, and cross-functional communication that support efficient organizational operations and client engagement.
In addition to her consulting work, Diana teaches Management, Leadership, and Total Quality Management at the university level, combining academic knowledge with real-world business experience. She is passionate about helping organizations solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create long-term organizational impact through operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of South Florida, a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) with a certification in Epidemiology, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Project Management from Benedictine University. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Shirley is a solution-oriented, public health professional with strong leadership and project management skills and has a history of 13 years of domestic and international technical, research, training, education, resource mobilization, and advocacy experience. Committed to advancing SDGs particularly SDG 5 to provide women with equal access to education, health, and representation in political and economic decision making.
