Shirley is a solution-oriented, public health professional with strong leadership and project management skills and has a history of 13 years of domestic and international technical, research, training, education, resource mobilization, and advocacy experience. Committed to advancing SDGs particularly SDG 5 to provide women with equal access to education, health, and representation in political and economic decision making.  Advocating for Global Health Equity/ Women's Rights/ WASH/ Ending HIV/AIDS/ Empowering NextGen.
